Before you buy

Choose Individual if one owner manages the workspace. Choose Company if you need shared visibility and team access.
Paid plans include monthly Twilio texting and call usage. If you outgrow the included amount, that usually means InstantBook is helping you handle more lead volume, and the extra usage is billed separately.
Have your business details, service area, phone decisions, and booking link ready before going live.

Using your current number

Most businesses start with forwarding first because it is the fastest path and requires less sensitive information up front.
Porting details like the carrier account number, transfer PIN, and ownership document are only needed if you choose the porting path.
Port requests are submitted through Twilio, and the authorized representative still has to approve the LOA email before the number can move.
