About InstantBook
Why I built InstantBook
Most service businesses don't lose jobs because they're bad at what they do. They lose them because someone else responded faster.
Missed calls

Slow replies

Forgotten follow-ups

Founder story
I built InstantBook after realizing how many leads businesses lose simply from not replying fast enough.
Leads come in while owners are busy, on a job, off the clock, or away from their phone. By the time they respond, the customer has already moved on.
That problem frustrated me because these businesses already paid for those leads. They didn't need more traffic. They needed a better way to capture and convert the leads they already had.
The problem is not always lead generation
A lot of service businesses think they need more leads, but the real issue is often response time and follow-up.
Missed calls, slow replies, and forgotten follow-ups quietly turn into lost revenue.
