Pricing FAQ

Common questions from service business owners.

Clear answers about plans, trials, phone numbers, setup, and what happens before InstantBook goes live for your business.

I already have a booking link. Do I need to change it?+

No. InstantBook is designed to work with the booking link or next-step process you already use. It simply helps more good-fit leads reach that step faster.

Can I keep my current business number?+

Yes. That is the most common setup. InstantBook prepares a Twilio-powered routing number behind the scenes, while your customers keep calling the existing number they already know. The fastest path is call forwarding: you forward your existing number to the InstantBook routing number through your carrier, which takes about 10 minutes. For a permanent solution, you can port your existing number directly into InstantBook later. We handle the transfer process and guide you through it. It typically takes 2-4 weeks.

Do I need to sign up for Twilio or any other phone service?+

No. InstantBook handles the phone infrastructure for you. When you sign up, we automatically prepare a Twilio-powered routing number for your workspace. You never need to create a Twilio account, manage Twilio settings, or buy numbers yourself. You only deal with your carrier if you choose to forward or port your existing number, and we walk you through that.

What if my business quotes first instead of booking first?+

That is exactly why InstantBook supports more than one next-step path. Some businesses book immediately, some need quotes, and some need callback-first triage.

Does it help with missed calls too?+

Yes. If a customer calls when you are busy, InstantBook can follow up by text so the conversation has a better chance of continuing instead of ending in voicemail.

Can I try it before I pay?+

Yes. The free preview lets you sign up, see the workflow, and explore mock leads before you upgrade into the paid workspace.

What happens after the 30-day trial?+

Paid plans only continue if you keep the subscription active after the trial. If InstantBook is not worth keeping, cancel before the trial ends.

Can my team use InstantBook too?+

Yes. The Company plan is built for shared visibility, team access, messaging, and cleaner handoffs between owners, admins, and crews.

Does InstantBook replace a receptionist?+

It can cover many front-desk intake tasks, like fast replies, missed-call follow-up, qualification, and routing. Some businesses may still want a person for complex sales calls or special situations.

What do I need ready before going live?+

Most owners just need their business details, service area, current business number, booking link or next step, and a clear idea of how they want qualified leads handed off.
